Our School SLP Start-Up Support is a coaching program tailored for speech-language pathologists transitioning into the school environment. It offers practical guidance and resources to address the unique challenges of school-based practice. Key topics include understanding and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), effective case management techniques, mastering scheduling complexities, and building collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other school staff. The program blends personalized coaching, actionable strategies, and real-world insights to help participants confidently navigate their new role and excel in their school-based careers.
